Power Failure in CT...

Does the power failures in CT have anything to do with the BAD/CRAPPY surfing, downloading speeds i've been experiencing recently? (like 1KB/s in flashget)

So far since wbs worked on the plumstead tower it's been fast and still is, I just hope all these powercuts don't mess up the tower.

With Flashget it flys faster than it ever did.
Just did this telkom test below a min ago.
