Power Internet -> Getting Loadshedded.

Think I've lost over R100 this past few days, because something ain't this right.

I choose the R6 and R10 power internet options which is suppose to give me 60meg/100Meg respectively. Suppose to last till midnight.
Everything is find for the first hour but then suddenly the data and airtime vanishes.

Last time I loaded 35 Meg airtime, bought 60Meg for R6.
After a while after not doing much on the internet, all airtime gone (0.01), but with 8 meg remaining.
How?

My usage showing on my phone is much less than what I actually bought each time.

Corporate legal theft by Cell providers. My airtime get stolen at times even when I have available data on CellC. Complaining with the brainless idiots do not help as it ends in a shouting match. They then escalate the message and a few days later you get a message it was resolved with no feedback and no change to the status quo.

One issue was that you can buy midnite 250MB data while they know they have a technical problem. So the brainless tells me that I am able to use the data but unfortunately they have a technical problem so it's not their fault. Problem solved.

Another was when I bought midnite 250MB data and during the exercise I got ussd error. I notice the funds was taken from my prepaid. Checked the data available there was no midnite data. Try to buy again a few times and got messages to say that the previous transaction is still in progress. Eventually I gave up as no message or data was forthcoming. The Brainless tells me see can see the data was allocated and I have used data on that. So I asked what data was used exactly and I was told I used 1.5MB of the allocated 250MB but she could not confirm whether it was from the midnite or daily bundle. Telling her I never received a confirmation message and neither was the data shown when I was checking the balance did not help either. This also became a shouting match and was escalated. Few days later message "Problem resolved" and no feedback.

Another one was when I had normal monthly data, midnite data and supacharge data available as well as R35.00 credit. When I got the message that one of my bundles was depleted wanted to buy more and was told I had no funds. I checked and found I still had data but by R35.00 was gone

Lastly you buy midnite and daily bundles but cannot connect even with acceptable signal, message says "DNS error". In the meantime your time runs out.
