Power outage in Stellenbosch?

Our office block is currently on generation (Techno Park) and I can't reach any of my computers, one in Vlottenburg and another in Welgevonden. Is the Eskom supply to the entire Stellenbosch down?

Load shedding started at 9am this morning, a lot of businesses are down in the Table View area as well.
