try looking in :

c:\documents and settings\your profile\local settings\application data\identities\{6C6758CE-DF33-4ACE-AEB2-5CD3B3851057}- number similar to that\microsoft\outlook express

and look in there abouts if there are files called *.dbx
and see how big they are , possible that outlook made a temp profile when power cut

thanks..
i found many .dbx files
there is an inbox.dbf which is 121Kb how can i restore it?

Slightly off topic, but I'm using Thunderbird, and even with multiple power outages, it still works, with all 1000+ mails still where it should be. Seems to be more robust in that regard than Outlook Express. Doesn't really help you, but thought I would just mention it :p

oh ok
to import them again go file - import - messages - m.o.e6 - main identity - browse - then go to identities folder and import all messages and finish :)

good luck :P
