Power saving mode

I just got a Samsung Galaxy A3. Now I recall a few phones I've had where power saving mode lowers the CPU performance and restricts background data.

After a few minutes on Google, I saw this is the case with the Samsung A3 as well...

Google showed me the instructions as they should be and I recall other phones being but my A3 does not have the power saving option in the settings menu. There is only ultra power saving and under battery, there is no power saving mode.

Is there any way to enable the option - I want to turn it off as Whatsapp messages are delayed .

Phone is local stock with MTN

You can select power saving mode.
Settings -> Power Saving -> Power saving on.
