Power supply for GTX260

I want to upgrade to a GTX260, and according to Nvidia the minimum system power supply requirement is 500W.

Now I'm running an Intel Core2Quad Q8200 and 4GB RAM with an Antec Earthwatts 500W power supply.

I belive the power supply can provide 36A on the 12V rails.

Will it work with the new GFX card?

Google the unit and look for the Antec website. Should find the physical dimensions there.
