Power supply

Just be careful with Coolermaster PSU's. They also sell crappy/very entry level PSU's.
I'm running my office PC from a cheap Coolermaster Extreme Power Plus 460W PSU, which is a crappy one - but seeing that I'm not pulling near 250W even it coped just fine for the past 2 years.

I'd recommend Seasonic, Corsair and Antec power supplies. Corsair and Antec also sell cheapish power supplies that you might want to avoid for a SLI/CrossFire kind of setup.

For SLI/CrossFire, I'd generally recommend a 750W PSU, because the smaller ones tend to not come with enough PEG (PCI-E Graphics Card) power connectors.
Some of the new AMD 7xxx series graphics cards are extremely power efficient, which only require like 1x 6-pin PEG connector. So for those entry level - mid range CrossFire setups you won't even need a big 750W PSU.
