So I'm looking for a new power supply. Any recommendations? I'm using a P4 3.0GHz and will be getting SATA drives in the very near future. Dont think any of my other hardware will make a difference in what to go for.

Incorrect. Your graphics card will be a HUGE deciding factor.

Depends on your graphics card... but I would say a minimum of 300w if you do not have a top of the line graphics card

Power supply has been giving issues for a while now... and it's finally given up the ghost. Nothing hectic about the graphics card, it's a fx5500.

dude you could get a 250w power supply and be fine

just dont get more than a 300 w your wasting your money then
