It is 1200km yes, there are repeater stations along, plus there is one called Songo converter station in between to send it to Apollo, those HV lines are 1420km in total, it's a loooooong line.

Yup considering we've got HVDC lines heading all over the place, I mean most of our power stations are in the North but we get power all the way to the tippy tip of South Africa (most of the time)

Generally those are carrying HVDC

Roughly 2000w is better then nothing right? So an hour before just start limiting what you use.

Not bad at all. You can still run tv, lights and console or a gaming pc with some lights and other light appliances.
