Just because you don't have power 24hrs a day 7 days a week doesn't mean the grid collapsed, it just means we're on stage 36
Its all semantics. To me it has colapsed as normal operations of business and housholds are no longer possible because of insufficient and unreliable power. But whatever makes them feel better.
