Nah, the new house finally registered today after 5 months of issues and since I'm a one-person household there's no use in getting fancy drinks just to have it go to waste, so a little something small to celebrate.

Its all semantics. To me it has colapsed as normal operations of business and housholds are no longer possible because of insufficient and unreliable power. But whatever makes them feel better.
