The improvement wasn't a lot, in fact it's actually a bit lower then yesterday, but they did say they working on generators

They seem hesitant to ever drop to S1 or suspend at night, maybe don't want to set a precedent for us..

Since they've both announced and then denied end-of-year as a target for coming right, I think until Feb/Mar.
More concerned about after the elections, will they keep up maintenance............
