Could even be criminal (unconstitutional), so CP execs can be jailed put on public trial and then allowed to go free, when another criminal class action lawsuit is filed to lock up the NPA execs and government ministers.

I don't think electricity is a constitiuional right like water is, pretty sure even our illustrious president said that.

Not the same as water for sure, but they are obliged to supply it on behalf of the muni.

Has that been tested? If you had it already and are willing to pay for it then I don’t think he has a leg to stand on. He should be the first one to be locked up.

Who knows, but at this point we've exhausted most avenues, I've even been to the local offices, we've even protested in the streets.

Hell

And the press - useless as always these days I presume?

Problem with any legal action if possible is there would probably be no urgency by the courts.

A guy did try run me over this morning, got a cone through his windscreen, wanted me to pay for the damages, everyone else was like you tried to run him over.

WTF?? Why was he going after you?

I was setting up the cones to block the road, everyone else listened and went around using the detour. This a-hole comes gunning at me while I'm holding the cone, screaming and shouting that he needs to get to a job down the road, so I calmly tell him that he can use the detour it comes out in the same place just takes 5 minutes longer. We're setting up for a protest against no electricity, climbs out his bakkie and starts pushing me and threatening to swing at me, I don't move, so he climbs back into the bakkie and starts nudging at first towards me, and then he put foot and I moved out of the way to not get knocked, but instinct kinda took over and I had the cone still in my hand.

Capacity is around the same as 2 weeks ago so yeah lower demand. Actually better then last year this time we were hovering around stage 4.
We're getting close to xmas, sure they'll make a plan to maintain one way or the other.

Then again - the last few years they closed the beaches without good enough reason, so anybody's guess

It was all me guys, Eskom saw that I just purchased an EcoFlow and decided to suspend loadshedding to mess with me

Yeah, Christmas is an important event for many people in the country, including a large bulk of ANC supporters. So they'll try their best to keep LS at bay during the festive period I think. Didn't manage to do it last year but I think this year they have a better chance with the 3 Kusile plants back online.
