Wow... that's a very low number. Holding off on maintenance to try make it through winter I see.

Yea but there's low maintenance... and then there's that. That's nearly 1/3 of what it usually is.
Mm no, its about 1/2. Planned is usually around, or just under, 5MW. Also a lot of that planned probably just went into unplanned after it broke when it came up xD
They should just stop maintenance over the winter period.
