Not quite accurate, but there is a possibility of there being overlap. The latest Eskom can take the other unit down is about November.

The outage was planned for 180 days but has already been extended more than once. In March, Ramokgopa announced that the extended target date of 23 July would be moved to 13 September.

Moneyweb has now been told the unit is only expected to return to service in late October. Eskom has, however, not yet confirmed this.

Yeah we've figured Natal is on it's own schedule :-P. Today I've only got 8 to 10 tonight. Tomorrow we have the scheduled maintenance so will be off anyway from 8am to 4pm even though we actually would've also only had 8 to 10.

Most of Maritzburg I mean have you been there lately :-P, it was Balito I think also had reprieve as my wife went down there in May to pick up a friends sister and there was no LS while we had stage 4.

I am Eskom direct and i have not missed any slots ever in CT at work we COCT and missed some but direct at home nope always go out we did go through a stage where we had like 1 hour 30 outages... This is my observations while at home and hearing the oven go BEEP when the power comes back on since its not on the solar..

I was specifically referring to last nights sessions after midnight to 5am this morning. Lots of reports of sessions not happening when they should have under stage 3 until 5am.

Mydorpie hasn't changed it's reversal from tomorrow onwards. Mistakes would usually be corrected by now...

Honestly stage 1 seems to high for the day now, but might still be building up for the weekend. Tomorrow is going to be interesting, some weather is reporting clouds others not

They are probably leaving a nice buffer so they don't chop and change with the stages. I think it will be like this until sunday if nothing breaks. Of course we should still stress test the system when it gets cold.
