Still no improvements, looks like it's gonna be stage 4 for sometime, if we're lucky

So we are at the point of us peasants being so fed up with load-shedding they are implementing curtailment instead of tossing us some "4 hour" slots? lol...

You make it sound like there is a competent and motivated defense force who would stop any such event... I'm almost willing to bet the SANDF would be happy to hop onto a coup bandwagon just so they can get paid again
