Yeah...the jump from stage 1 to 4-5 boggles the mind

Just shows you how utterly useless and pathetic these guys working at Eskom are and everyone is more than willing to let the country burn before they get rid of these useless ****s.

Haha eskom go brrrr

Power just went out here in Laezonia. Hope it is due to the thunderstorm we're having now, and not due to cable theft.

Its so the comrats can say "Ja but at least we hit stage 1 here and there...unlike with De Ruyter"....
And the mind out there become boggled....
Most of the comrats will milk it, saying things have improved because AdR is now gone...

Just a couple years back; one would not be hopeful for such things.

How things have deteriorated so rapidly.
I'm just happy if I have a day where I don't have to fill toilets out of bottles and can take a shower these days; at least my issues are solved in a few weeks with the borehole being sunk and solar being installed/etc and then I'm off to Canada later this year (hopefully). I really feel for people who are stuck with no way out.

Was the ANC doing something this weekend? Because I can't understand it either, it seems odd. Electricity usage overall can't dip that much on a normal Sunday (Not an Easter or Christmas type Sunday). I'd have thought if they could hold stage 1 that they'd at least start the week off on stage 3-4.

That was the plan originally, but something broke again

More specifically, people who want to leave, who are stuck here. Some people are happy here, for some reason.
