African Excellence:
Wind 2015: 311GWh
Wind 2022: 253GWh

That is bizarre even for Eskom as I'm pretty sure even with our limited IPP program, wind turbines have been added between those two periods (obviously it has to do with the amount of wind in a year, but the increase in turbines should have offset that). Unlike coal stations, it's somewhat more difficult to sabotage wind turbines.

Association of Nyope Boys will be pioneering new ideas....

This would be their wind, not ipp, perhaps there has been less wind?

Probably none added since 2015 because of grid capacity and government feet dragging causing local wind turbine factories to close and probably some turbines are broken already because of lack of maintenance, or maybe cadres would rather get rich off diesel than use wind? Who knows? It's all as clear as mud with mumbling Gweezy in charge. Viva!!

Nope it is not, they already have no idea what to do with it.
Yeah, the leading edge of the blades get stuffed in a few years from sand blasting effect rendering them useless.

Have I said already that I hate wind turbines?
