Again this is looking much better then we'd expect, so it shouldn't be stage 4 tonight but rather stage 3 or 2.

Who knows where they get their data from:

Hourly demand is compared against available capacity, to indicate the amount of surplus/shortfall there was. Available capacity must be matched with the total RSA contracted demand.

I FOUND THE REASON!

It is the 15th Eskom employees get paid on the 15th so instead of breaking plants they going to ZOL and drink expect stage 6 from tomorrow
