In CT you will see a traffic cop speed trapping when the traffic is backed up for 5km because of a robot being out... They 90% of the time beyond useless...

The company i work for recently did a deep dive and tour into JHB townships (richer ones) and they met multiple millionaires from the township some have 3 to 4 businesses and yes they don't pay tax
