Longer it takes them to appear the better. Need to keep head in sand over stage 10+ loadshedding for a bit longer.

It's because the ANC government shut down the 3 oil refineries.

All JHB has to do is burn down a few mines then you can also have 2 hour slots.

I hate to point this out but as soon as the big mines close their operations the illegal minors will move in. I don't know what electricity they use but there must be some.

Can't plan **** if the power never comes back on after a 4 hour stint, and that happens every time in some areas.

Suffice to say, Jhb is on more than just stage 6 due to incompetence and breakdowns.

I was being very generalistic and simplistic and purposely didn't take the restoration times into account. As you don't know where you stand with power restoration. Any planning is basically optimism concerning a bad situation.

Eskom probably dropped the ball with their exports causing their local generation to trip would be my guess because they don’t have a loadshedding schedule to follow afaik.
