Yep, but why it seems based on the Jo'burg area specifically is what we've discussed for months.

They're hiding longer-term repairs from us, I'm sure of it. Why they keep delaying better stages when they could change back, methinks a surprise package for the voters when the time is right. Our heroes! lol
Sure. There's other examples, I would think Pakistan isn't a small grid.

Yeah, we could possibly see only permanently lower stages (relative to now) once those three 'beefy boys' at Kusile are back in operation in November.
There's an article that explains why grid management is actually excellent at Eskom, top equipment and comms. and most are professionals, one of the few things they do right.
