Spoke to Bernice from powercare,... she will be dispatching my new console tomorrow (claimed) - 1 week after logging my problem with them.

She reckons they have almost finished with their backlog... No thanks to MiDigital most probably.

Let's see, if tomorrow I get my new Eksboks I will remove "(so far)".

Anyone else experience friendly, fast service? I did not wait for my paperwork or my claim number for more than 1 day each... which is pretty darned good- shows their admin is up to scratch.

Lets just hope Comztech and powercare makes for spectacular eksboks support in SA...

Now I cant start with Wolfenstein.... Yipeeeee!
