Powerline Wifi Extender

Hi there.

Recently got a TP link kit for extending wifi and adding an eternet port.

My problem is with the wifi clone part. It works as in it clones the wifi signal from the main router.

But:

- If I forget network and choose network "xxx" by extender and walk around. It does not pick up wifi by main router
- If I forget network and choose "xxx" by router and walk around. It does not pick up wifi by extender

So it seems useless to me since it doesnt really extend signal.

Maybe I am being stupid and doing something wrong.

I hope I am making sense.

I there a connection via the powerline to your unit from the on connected to the router, is the correct light solid?

Everything is connected. Pc via Ethernet and rest via WiFi extender.
