PPPoE Autentication Failure issues

Hi,

Anyone else struggeling with PPPoE authentication failure? Mine started about a week ago,no issues before that. And it is a nightmare to get your link up again. I am stuck on L1 support technician that just wants to do dialup testing the whole time. I spoke with MFN, they say all is fine on their side, Cool Ideas blame MFN again, so I am looking for help here please. My PPPoE scan runs all the way to Teraco DC4 and doesn't seem to me they know what the actual problem might be. Any advise or anyone had the same experience?
 
Hi there. I'm. It aware of any similar general issue at the moment. Can you share your ticket reference for me to check?
 
Thanks, Ive done some internal investigations, and seems there are 5 or so other cases with identical symptoms, all in your area as well.
All went down at the same time, which generally indicates an area related fault at the POP.
Will escalate accordingly

Hi there, I see MFN has managed to fix the issue after our team had a meeting with them.
I see you have also confirmed connection on the ticket.

Also not able to complete PPPoE authentication this morning after rebooting the router.
