PPPoE connection as Win2k service (before user login)

Hello.

Can somebody (anybody) that knows, please tell me if there is a way to have a network connection (except LAN, because that already works), like PPPoE (ADSL) start-up as an NT service, or something like that, without any user having to login. That means, before a user logs in, the PPPoE connection is started (possibly specifying the uname and passwd in a config file or something).

If so, how?

If you use RasPPPOE( available free at www.raspppoe.com) the instruction that are available for win2k includes a paragraph (5.6) giving detailed instructions on how to do it
