pre-paid bundle disapeared

I have always had ADSL as well as Vodacom prepaid with modem - for the times that Telkom would go down. Last month I decided to end my 4 years of ADSL and go across to Vodacom fulltime - as Vodacom seemed pretty reliable and I was getting better speeds than ADSL.

Well, I bought a 2gb bundle last month, which is supposed to roll over into the next mont, right....well, I had 480mb left this morning. I went into town, came home, nothing left....even the cash I had in my account had been taken.
How was this possible ? no, a bogeyman didn't come and grab it, and neither did a neighbour, as my wireless router that was connected to the modem was off.

Seems like I must go back to ADSL, as Vodacom are not yet reliable enough

Login to Vodacom4me and check your last 10 transactions. Otherwise call 155 and see what they say.

The Vodacom4me site is a little slow in updating the balance, and it's possible that the remaining airtime was eaten up by out-of-bundle data.

It is also possible that the airtime has been stolen by WASP's - see this thread http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php?t=190430

BTW, I have used VC prepaid for a couple of years (when on holiday in SA) , and buy 2G bundles and it's been reliable enough for me.
