As for the installation, one would prolly have the option of doing it oneself cos Telkom would have no more employees by then.

I am not laughing at liansky. I just remember in Germany, when ADSL startet....for 1500 Rand a month 768/128. Now at 6000/512 its at 400 Rand and 768/128 comes for free, when you subscribe for a landline.

ADSL 512 for home will now only cost R599 (but not more than R799 including ISP fees). AND you can use your telephone at the SAME TIME (if you pay us another - what - R90 or so?).
