A pregnant woman who has already had 13 children taken into care last night vowed to keep on giving birth until she is allowed to keep one.

Theresa Winters has spent almost half of her life having babies, but has not been allowed to keep any of them beyond the age of two.

Even her own sister believes that she should be sterilised.

But Miss Winters, 36, a heavy smoker who was herself taken into care as a teenager, insisted it was time for a 'second chance'.

She accused social workers of failing to help her achieve her deepest wish of having a family with her second partner, Tony Housden.

She admitted that social services had probably made the right decision in removing her first 13 children because of neglect, but said she had 'calmed down' now.

Wow... I can so imagine her trawling bars seeking out a potential baby daddy :D then spiking his drink and taking his home with the sole intention of getting knocked up! :erm: lol What a creep

So her partner/husband essentially retired at 19 and is now living off social grants! What a waste of space... :mad:

What are these two good for other than making babies??? :confused:

He gave up ? Gave up ??? How do you just give up ? You don't have a choice, you have to work for a living; it's what humans do. You can't just get up one morning and ... errr ... give up your job!

I have said it so many times: the problem is that people get punished for success and rewarded for failure.
 
heh this is not that bad , My great granddad had 35 children, 3 wives though. Although I do suspect that the farm workers helped him out a bit.
