Looks similar to what us console players saw in Gears of War since its the same engine, duh!

Is there a hidden LAN function somewhere in the beta demo btw? I would love to try this on our LAN at work!

Overall its looking good considering the beta demo only has medium textures, thus the relatively small download size.

Just finished playing the Demo of UT3 (for now )...wow!!

Read on a few forums how people are complaining about the visual styling of the game and the "dull" color palate... but in my opinion its awesome...

Also running dam well on my mid-low (that should maybe be low-low, but being optimistic) system:

AMD X2 3800+
2GB Ram
8600GTS
Samsung 226BW (had to put that there, my new pride and joy )
Vista Business

Getting on average about 35 frames (lowest 25, highest 43) @1680x1050 max settings...

I know the "max" now isn't what the final game will be (no hi-res textures in the demo) but it still looks pretty damn good and runs very well...

I see some Remakes IMO I think the map list is cool its better to have 40 good ones than 90 crap ones and I can bet you my life savings that there will be remakes of other classics.. Face, Lava Gaint, Morpheus, Hyperblast [preferd the Origianl UT ver] and many other all done in the U3 engine

Game doesn't even load any suggestions.

System specs: AMD 4800+ X2, ASUS 7600GT 256MB, 1GB Hyper-X DDR, Windows XP Pro. I did update my drivers and still nothing, Windoze gives me the blue screen again. WTF
