Premature Upgrade

So. My cellphone is due for an upgrade at the end of the month, and I'd like to upgrade a little earlier than that.

I don't meet the R800/month requirement, nor the 2nd upgrade one..

Is there a way that I can pay in ( even if I pay a full extra month up front ), and get the upgrade today? - Vodacom upgrades department says no, but I've seen on myBB that sometimes they are mistaken.

PS.
Wants the Galaxy S3!
 
If the R800 avg spend per month is not met and upgrades department have also said no...then I am affraid the answer is no....unless you want to try and cuddle up to Jannie. :p

How does one best cuddle up to Jannie? I can pay with media! ( totally legal stuff, sitting in my microserver )

Not sure. I walked in his direction at the last mybb conference...he saw me and hissed. I ran! That in mind...I would say...very carefully! :p

That's why I am still with Vodacom, awesome forum presence here. ( Even if I'm a case that can't be helped.. )
 
My last 3 upgrades with Nashua Mobile(on the VC network) was done premature. BTW, my monthly bill was not even R300 ave.

I don't know how true this is, but apparently this is a fairly recent policy change - They do not charge any extra for premature upgrades either, provided you qualify. ( Though, I'd be more than glad to pay in to knock the three weeks off of my wait )
 
you say you are due end of the month. is that the 2 year annivessary or when you get within 3 months of the anniversary?

That's the inception of the 3(4?) month grace period, unfortunately :<
 
I'm in the same boat Bull my date is the 21st, but Im trying to hang on for a blue handset rather than something that looks like a cellular bar of soap :D
