I`m criticizing the trend of African leaders marketing the continent as an aids orphan with snot on its cheek, instead of trying to wipe off the snot, they take pictures of it and show it to rich people.

Yes it most probably is, still stand by the statement though. I honestly believe that Africa needs to learn that if you keep on bad mouthing someone that you evidently rely on, then you are going to get burned. Unfortunately the 20-50 year time period that it would take for Africa to fall on its arse without western or eastern assistance would cause too much turmoil in the civilized parts of the world, due to the lack of access to Africa's raw materials.
So Africa has the west by the proverbial short and curlies. Pity though, humble pie is certainly a dish that is in great need throughout African politics.

Western forces fund the civil wars? If thats the case, then I would expect the majority of weapons to be western. Theyre not. Theyre chinese and russian made AK47s.
