I dial 141 and follow the voice prompts and at the end she says that I must try again later. This has been going on for 4 days now. How do I purchase data bundle on prepaid?

I've got a anytime 200 package and was able to buy the 24 hour bolt on data for 50 bucks using my airtime, now it says i can, any help?
