hi,
I am looking for a provider of prepaid debit cards, that can be used for ATM or at a store.
When i dropped of scrap metal at SA metals, they did not give me cash, but a visa card with the amount loaded on it, and a pin. (this was refillable or once off.)
the second time I got this was when I took part in a promotion, and I got a card with about 3K on and a pin.
This great way to keep cash out of the property, there was no ID / fica required in both the above cases.
Now, however I need this solution for my business, but I cant see who does this, just something on Visa international website.
can anyone point me in the right direction, we will use quite a few of these cards, both once off and refillable.
