Prepaid dsl

Hi guys
I am currently subscribed to helkom, but i want to have another account for local downloads only. I have read somewhere that i can buy prepaid adsl for local only, but cant seem to find it anywhere.

Where do i buy/get local only adsl access and how do i set it up without changng the router settings. (I know i must use routesentry - give me the link on how to set it up)

Axxess has the cheapest prepaid local only I know of - R12 per GB (SAIX). I don't know any ISP that has IS prepaid

Every other place I can find is about R19 per gig.

So let me get this straight! Can I still buy prepaid local only adsl from axxess or webafrica even though i have a IS (telkom) account? Also i thought you can just go buy prepaid adsl from pick n pay, but they only sell 1gb & 2gb packages? If i buy the axxess adsl must i change my router settings? (i only want to use it for downloading newsfiles) I dont really want to change any settings!

Another thing - How is this openweb ppl? I see they selling 10gb local for R69? are they any good? reliable?
