Prepaid meter not working on FNB

I have always been buying electricity via FNB's online banking.

FNB now gives me the following error;



The only way I can buy electricity online now is via PayCity.co.za.

Anyone else got the same issue with the City of Cape Town and FNB? What could the problem be?

Try remove the meter and re add it. Worked for me a few months ago

Give it a day or two. I havent been able to buy electricity off their APP in about a year.

With online its been down once or twice (just when you need it). Then I just give it a day and it works.

Yep as above, just give it a few days/weeks. Keep trying and eventually it will work. The app has just gone full retard lately.
