Prepaid Meter Stuck?

Saber ED Prepaid meter shows an angry smiley and the keys do not respond to input so loading the token is not working for now. Any ideas on what to do?

Solved: Switch off the mains breaker for longer than a minute in the house. I did that and it reset.
