I assume they kicked in today ?

These are my own purchases for this year - but I see the same amount got me 293.7kWh vs 311.9kWh.

Th sad thing is that 1st May 2019 got me 349.3Wh

you need to check your lcoal munciplaity, it differs - but yes for me the rates changed from yesterday

Which Metro?
CoJ Prices went up on 1st:

The rates were from the CoJ budget, but differ from the published rates.
Should be close.
