good day

so i went and got a prepaid sim for vodacom and mtn to see in my area which would perform better, to help me choose perhaps who to go with for a fixed lte month 2 month

i did try rain but there is hardly signal and when i contacted them about it they just said that the tower/s are congested and there is nothing much that they can do about it at the moment being lockdown ect ect.

so anyway long story short how i ended up with having to choose a fixed lte is that i had a adsl telkom line and my line dropped and they are refusing to fix it and want to rather give me telkom lte.

so i would like to know is using the prepaid sim as a indicator i good idea?

will there be a speed change from the sim i will receive from the selected fixed lte provider like afrihost or axxess ect ect

the router i bought is a hauwei b535-932 ive been reading the forum and various other sites and seems that it is the same router telkom offers for its lte, but i dont want to even hear the word telkom,

i thought to even try and only select sim only option to try speed up the delivery otherwise at the moment the eta is something like 2weeks but then also apparently there will be issues due to places only wanting approved devices
