Prepaid UK sim card

My wife will be flying to the UK next week for a week.

I'm looking for anyone that has a prepaid sim available.

Takealot sells 3 gig prepaid UK sim cards for R499. This is almost double what they go for directly from Three. https://www.three.co.uk/Store/SIM/Pay_As_You_Go

My wife is a bit of a technophobe so I want to set it up before she leaves and she would just need to swap out her vodacom sim with the UK one when she lands there.

when she arrives in Heathrow just go straight to a vodaphone shop at the airport and get a sim there and then, quick n easy

I've heard about the sim vending machines but there are a lot of reports online not to purchase from these vending machines.
