Morning all,
For the second (confirmed) time I've had large number of prepaid data just go missing from my account. I recharged with 2.00 GB, and after using 998.8 MiB my data bundle is finished??
I'm using an active firewall, two different data counters, updates turned off (Ubuntu), and yet somehow I've exceeded my limit?
The first time this happened, Vodacom denied they were at fault, and reversed the error as a gesture of "good faith". I wasn't amused, but decided to stay with them regardless.
Am I really to believe this is another error? Or is this standard practice from Vodacom? If so, I'll simply find another SP who provides the service (Vodacom aren't exactly cheap to begin with, and as it stands, I paid a premium for 1 GB).
