Prepaid vs Contract?

Do you guys have a problem that you cannot get internet with a prepaid SIM? but with a contract SIM you can.
MTN seems to prefer contract to prepaid.

As far as I know there have been isolated incidents where this has happened, but it's not an ongoing thing like it is on MTN.
