It is with great ambition that I follow your business example and so I am glad to inform you that i am starting a business that purifies air.
I wish to thank you for the idea by only letting you benefit from such an asset, so I'm sure you will feel the benefit of paying the bill for such an asset as the government was supposed to supply it anyway but I feel that it's such an asset that you should benefit fully by paying for it regardless. The best thing is you have no alternative air to breathe but the purified air I supply you with meaning its impossible for you to not benefit from such a great asset of far overpriced air. It will give me great enthusiasm to see you leading by example to all South Africans as you are overjoyed to pay your air usage bill, just like a good citizen.
Now we come to the topic of cost.
Air consumption meters don't come cheap so in order to supply you with such an "asset" , I've had to borrow R50 000 000 of your tax money to finance it, I didn't bother to ask for your approval first as I believe that this is a must have asset.
I regret to inform you that I will not be able to take advantage of the E-toll assets you have given me as I don't want to take advantage. So first you must benefit from the asset of overpriced air before I can take advantage of your offering.
On a side note, refusing to take advantage of E-air within 30 is so depriving of your humanity that you must be arrested, no count cause or defense is needed as I trust you know how important it is for you to benefit from such an asset.
