President must be held personally liable - #StateCapture judgment

Why does he even bother going to court so much. He looses everything.
 
Personally pay the costs from when he started this mess in 2016.

He will of course not pay this, just like the previous times, will be done via the Guptas
 
Good verdict but we (the tax payers) will end up paying for it one way or another no doubt.

so.... what are the chances he will appeal the decision?? :-)
 
Mlambo conduct of the Pres require a rebuke. There was no doubt that Zuma has reason in law to persist with this matter. Pres had attempted to interfere with the Constitutional obligation of the PP

Judge President Dustan Mlambo has on Wednesday ordered President Jacob Zuma to personally pay the costs of his failed attempt to stop the release of State of Capture report.

Opposition parties had applied to Pretoria High Court that Zuma pay personal costs for his first abandoned attempt to stop the release of the Public Protector’s report.

Mlambo said: “It was unreasonable for the president to continue with his stance that the report was not final, and unreasonable not to seek clarification from the Public Protector.”

He says Zuma acted in flagrant disregard for the duties of the Public Protector.
