Pressed consumers dial 0

The title is confusing. To dial any local/national landline no. you need to dial 0 as well! :confused:

Probably referring to the 082, 072, 084, 083, etc.
To dial a land line you have to dial 0 too, e.g. 012, 011, 013.
 
In any case, it is interesting to note that the cellphone companies are too set in their ways, and doesn't want to introduce revolutionary new packages in order to get the people to make more calls.
 
Poor people will still spend on a cellphone. which for them is a necessity, but they talk for shorter periods, meaning lower average spending per user.

It'd be interesting to see some stats on "Please call me's"...

Man I have so much money I want to spend on the cellphone operators .... it's just ... I've been running out of friends....
 
haha how is this possible my cellphone bill increases almost incrementally...how do SA user's do this ? but okay thats because I just cant stand typing a fcking sms
