Latency getting very bad from 5.00PM also speed degradation.

Exchange - 012 377
Line speed - 10Mbps
ISP - Afrihost 50GB capped

Problem starts around 4.30PM and continues through midnight.

Will post traceroute and ping later on as well as line stats for more info.

And this supposely on a 10Mbps line, could barely download at 1Mbps
