That is the main municipal offices yet, but what kind of licensing are you talking about? If its for drivers/learners license then you need to go to Waltloo or Centurion.

Don't know, I go to a place in Menlyn Motor City for that, just behind the HiQ.

And if its to renew your vehicle license disk lots of the Post Offices can do that. Took me 5 minutes to get mine

I wouldn't got into the middle of PTA central, rather go to Watloo or Centurion. Anything past Hildra street from the eastern side is very dodgy if you don't know the neighbourhood.

took 5 mins to find out if i can do what i wanted
the other queue for the normal stuff was very long tho
