I think its new and innovative which counts. However one must wonder how it will appear when you neighbour drives by watching you vacuum the outer side of the car door....

If you read the article.. You would know it does have backlights... The material (Cloth) used lets light through, so when the backlights are used, they will be seen through the fabric...

The frontlights have motorised lifters that open them up... Or something like that ;)

Dont just look at the pretty pictures, read it :)

Its less a car and more a piece of art. Heading straight to the museum.

imho i think it's a pioneering idea but pathetic execution until they find the right 'fabric', but then i suppose it is an idea at the mo. watching the car change shape under the 'cloth' is pretty wicked.

and yes. read you lazy git. :P
 
Nice idea, but who is really wants to iron their car once a week?

And I dont see this being a hit in the 4X4 market either...
 
heehee, saw this posted on another video site... people made some hilarious comments there! Basically to the tune of "after seeing the engine cover opening we now know how to pronounce the GINA name..." :D
