Previously purchased game removed from XBOX store

Hi guys,

I purchased Skate 3 on Xbox 360 last year during one of their sales. I tried to download the game now and apparently it's been pulled from the Xbox store! How do I get hold of EA Sports to resolve this issue? Has anyone dealt with this before?

Get a chat session with them. They're normally pretty helpful

Go onto the .com web site of xbox live and see if it is in the store, if not then contact them via live chat!

I spent over an hour and a half trying to identify what the cause was with Xbox staff. Went through deleting cache, logging out and in, etc etc. Then got told he was unable to assist and I must ask on forum. After another couple of posts they said I must try contact EA to resolve the issue. Can't believe a game that was on sale not even a year ago is pulled from the store? Starting to become such a mission simply to play a game I've legally purchased. No wonder people pirate!
