Price diff going from 384k to 4mb.

Whats the price diff upgrading from 384k to 4mb with telkom as both line and isp portion, didnt sign a contract with them so would be subject to fee's etc, just basically need to know what the price diff would be since the reductions in august.

That installation price can be excluded if you do it yourself right? Like it costs nothing to register for ADSL over the normal telephone line installation costs?
