Thats pretty old news though, their wheel manufacture business has been in trouble for a very long time.

TWT as the shop is still in pretty decent shape from what I know.

Wheel prices depend on the quality. Open up a SNS magazine and all those wheels you see are made in Taiwan, thats why they so damn cheap.
